Coaching services
Our coaching services are designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals. We offer a variety of coaching services, including one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and online coaching.
Fees and payment
Our coaching fees vary depending on the type of coaching service you choose. We require a deposit to be paid before the commencement of any coaching services. The remaining balance is due at the end of the coaching program.
Refunds
We offer a full refund for all coaching services if you cancel within 7 days of the start of your first coaching session. After 7 days, we offer a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the start of your next coaching session. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of your next coaching session.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your coaching sessions at least 24 hours in advance. If you reschedule your coaching session with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of one coaching session.
Confidentiality
We maintain the confidentiality of all information you share with us during our coaching sessions. We will not disclose any personal information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.
Termination
We have the right to terminate our coaching services at any time, for any reason. We will refund you for any unused coaching sessions if we terminate our services.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising out of your use of our website or our coaching services.
Dispute resolution
Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
